Solar Smart City Victoria Falls is an international Consortium to develop and implement new concept of Solar Smart City in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
Solar Smart City theory much developed for the last five years and present version of VicFalls Edition is already 5.6. In classification of solar smart city by the author of concept company 5D Solar Concept Ltd. is “New Heliopolis” edition = Generation 5+.
Concept and Master Plan developed by London Based 5D Solar Concept Ltd. and development of the project plan, Financial Model, Draft Business Plan, Structure of the internal Funds, including Art Funds and Community education developed by specialists after analysis of ecosystem in the project area.
Concept of Master Plan for 300 Ha based on 4,500….5,000 housing units. With Seven Grades of variety from 60 sq meter to 220 sq m.
Solar and Green energy contribution 40mWHpv plus storage facilities and 20MWHpv for cultural building and educations hubs. Giving main housing facilities self sufficient on energy. Energy Company is private enterprise and set up as IPP.
Master plan for the project developed for 100 hectares + 200 hectares (=300 Ha) and 700 hectares for affordable accommodation, schools, educations centers and local community needs.
Central Module A and other 30 development blocks for 100 hectares will be serve as cultural, educational and business center of the project and small modules of each will be built on the territory of 700 hectares.
For 2026-8 sheduleld development of agreement between company and the government choosing the Master Plan 700 Ha and the 5D Digital Platform will be a main layer platform for both 300 ha and 700 ha. Both parties shouls figure our agreement on work and implementation of Master Plan 700 ha. Present proposals of the company 5D Solar City AG is to donate Master Plan 700Ha to communitity.

Investment in solar, green energy and storage facilities are separate investment in the projects, it comes from main energy EPC+F. Where ere Several sources of investment in Green Energy for the Projects. Memorandum of Agreement signes with EPC+F on €75M for Solar Energy Storage fasilitions, and engineering work. €20M of the will go to set up Energy supply system for intenrnal Clouds and Data Centre.
