Original Proposals were based on 100 Hectares required for Smart CIty. in 2023 government and community proposed 300 territory of 300 Hectares bordering Victoria Falls National Park. in 2024 consortium cubmitted pmaster plan for 300 hectares and in 2024 government and community aske to submitte additional 700 hectares of affordable accomodation mathching the requrement of smart city.
The Consortium Company was formed in 2023 (SPV) Solar Smart City Victoria Falls to impletemnt to Projercts.

One of the features of Solar Smart City Victoria Falls is a high concentration of cultural building and social enterprices. Among the is Museum of African Art having 2,000 square meters exhibition space and number of research rooms, media rooms, laboratories, restauration workshop. Museum of African Art based on private collections and sponsored by African Art Acquisition Fund. None of the African Capital has museum of African Art.
Museum of Modern Art VIctoria Falls is a fusion concept for th Victoria Falls between Tate Modern in London and MOMA in New York. Exposition of also based on private collection and on Loan from modern art museum around the world.
Substantial part of the concept is MetaVerse Lab which create virtual atmosphere and art space for works of Art which are abroad and in prestigeos collections. The value of those works are several millions and impossible to acquire at this time, but MetaVerse will fill the gap od impossibility. citizens and expoecially children can be educated in real time unders teaching of experts in MetaVerse pprogramming, 3D and VR.
